Arthur Leung, Managing Partner
Arthur founded N2 Consulting in 2013. His experience includes assisting a wide range of small and medium size companies with their financial planning and accounting operations, IPO and Sarbanes Oxley preparation, along with helping public companies comply with their Sarbanes Oxley requirements. Additionally, he has advised companies with their due diligence for potential merger and acquisition deals.
